Positive Thinking Hypnosis

Hypnotize Yourself For Success - Self Hypnosis

Binaural beats or binaural tones are auditory processing artifacts, or apparent sounds, the perception of which arises in the brain for specific physical stimuli. This effect was discovered in 1839 by Heinrich Wilhelm Dove, and earned greater public awareness in the late 20th century based on claims that binaural beats could help induce relaxation, meditation, creativity and other desirable mental states. The effect on the brainwaves depends on the difference in frequencies of each tone: for example, if 300 Hz was played in one ear and 310 in the other, then the binaural beat would have a frequency of 10 Hz.[1][2]
The brain produces a phenomenon resulting in low-frequency pulsations in the amplitude and sound localization of a perceived sound when two tones at slightly different frequencies are presented separately, one to each of a subject's ears, using stereo headphones. A beating tone will be perceived, as if the two tones mixed naturally, out of the brain. The frequencies of the tones must be below 1,000 hertz for the beating to be noticeable.[3] The difference between the two frequencies must be small (less than or equal to 30 Hz) for the effect to occur; otherwise, the two tones will be heard separately and no beat will be perceived.
Binaural beats are of interest to neurophysiologists investigating the sense of hearing.[4][5][6][7]
Binaural beats reportedly influence the brain in more subtle ways through the entrainment of brainwaves[3][8][9] and have been claimed to reduce anxiety[10] and provide other health benefits such as control over pain.

Not All “What If” Thinking Is Bad Thinking!!

Doctors say that not all bacteria is bad for you. Sure you have the kind of bacteria that causes inflammation in your body. The kind of bacteria that causes you to get sick – the kind that causes diseases.

But studies show that some bacteria is actually good for you. Some bacteria can actually strengthen your immune system. This bacteria will in turn cause you to fight off sickness and disease. My friend, I like to liken this sort of mentality to the way we think.
You see, experts say that you should eliminate all “what if” thinking completely. You know those thoughts of worry, fear, doubt, insecurity… Well, what if I can’t overcome this addiction?” “What if I can’t be made whole?” “What if the doctor’s report comes back negative?” “What if I try out for the team and I don’t make it?
For the most part you do want to avoid this kind of thinking. An overflow of these thoughts can indeed cause you to flow into a downward spiral.
However, we all have those times when we can’t help but think “what if” thoughts. Sometimes they’re not all bad. In fact, I believe some “what if” thoughts can cause you to break out of ruts.
I’m reminded of a time when I was younger and I touched a hot stove. Before I ever touched the hot stove, I always thought – “What happens if I touch the hot stove… how hot can it be?” Well, one day I worked up the nerve to touch the stove and I must say it was the hottest touch I ever experienced. Thankfully, my instincts caused an immediate jerk reaction. It was at that time I learned what does happen when I touch a hot stove and vowed to never do it again.

Well, this is what should happen when we find ourselves thinking “what if” thoughts. We should allow them to instill just enough fear into us that no matter what happens in life, we know that God has our best interests at heart and therefore we should not worry.
You see, it’s the “what if” thoughts that give us character. It’s the “what if” thoughts that spark our curiosity and gives us the experience to know what’s good for us and what’s not good for us.
Well what if I don’t win the race? Well, what if you don’t win the race? Will you give up? Will you become saturated in defeat or will you press on until you reach victory?
What if I don’t do well on the test? Well, what if you don’t do well? Will you let that discourage you or will you use that let-down to catapult you onto the dean’s list?

Rest assured that when you take the high road, you’re causing strength to your supernatural immune system. You’re fighting off diseases and building courage! You’re strengthening your faith!

You see, you’ve got to use those negative thoughts to empower you to do better. No matter what happens in life, your thinking shouldn’t be “what if,” your thinking should be “what now!” In other words, you should always be striving to reach that next level in life.

When the enemy shoots fiery darts of negativity and discouragement in your life, fire back with God’s plan of action for your life!

I believe that God’s ultimate plan will cause you to triumph. God’s plan for your life is that prosperity is in your future. Realize that you’re not inferior, you are superior! Understand today that your best days are ahead of you and that God has an ultimate plan that’s tailor-made just for you!

25 Positive Affirmations – Take Control of Your Mind

A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh. – Luke 6:45 KJV

A wise man once said: “An idle mind is the devils workshop.” I believe this is true. I always say if you don’t fill your mind, then the devil will fill it for you. The enemy will try to convince you that you’re not good enough or that you’re not physically able to do something. He’ll even try to convince you that you’re loosing your mind.
Don’t allow the enemy to get into your mind and convince you that you’re worthless. You can have so many trials coming at you left and right but remember, Ephesians 6:12 tells us: “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”
Inpsirational Messages | Positive AffirmationsYou make your trials worse than they really are by the thoughts that you think in your mind. Our biggest battle is the battle we have in our mind. Don’t let the enemy convince you against what the word of God tells you. The word of God tells us that we are more than a conqueror. It reminds us that we are victorious. My friend if these two affirmations alone aren’t enough to get you excited and fired up then I don’t know what is. Take control of your mind starting today as you go through your life journey.

Our Life Is Shaped By Our Thoughts

Our life is the way it is because of the thoughts we’ve had in the past.

I know some people have a hard time grasping this. They believe “Positive Thinking” and “Affirmations” are something “new” out of the 20th century. I think some even call it new age.

                                                                  Think again …..

Many of the worlds great philosophers spoke about how our thoughts affect our health and or lives ….

Thought quotes by Aristotle, Ancient Greek Philosopher (384 BC – 322 BC);
“The actuality of thought is life”
“Every art and every inquiry, and similarly every action and choice, is thought to aim at some good; and for this reason the good has rightly been declared to be that at which all things aim”

Thought quotes by Hippocrates Greek physician (460 – 377 BC);
“A wise man should consider that health is the greatest of human blessings, and learn how by his own thought to derive benefit from his illnesses.”

Thought quotes by Buddha, Hindu Prince Gautama Siddharta, Founder of Buddhism (563-483 B.C.)
“What we think, we become.”
“We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts, we make the world.”
“All that we are is the result of what we have thought.”
“All that we are is the result of what we have thought. If a man speaks or acts with an evil thought, pain follows him. If a man speaks or acts with a pure thought, happiness follows him, like a shadow that never leaves him.”

Thought quotes from the King James Bible
“The Lord knows that the thoughts of the wise are futile.”
1 Corinthians 3:19-21
“I will bring evil upon this people, even the fruit of their thoughts, because they have not hearkened unto my words, nor to my law, but rejected it”
Jeremiah 6:19

A Chinese Proverb:
“A man’s conversation is the mirror of his thoughts”
And one of my favorites, a thought quote by Marcus Aurelius, Roman Empereor (AD 121-180)
“Such as are your habitual thoughts, such also will be the character of your mind; for the soul is dyed by the thoughts”
Notice the word Habitual thoughts in the above quote?
Many of us go through life with the same ole thoughts over and over again. We’re just like a hamster going ’round and ’round on a spinning wheel … and we just can’t figure out why we never seem to get anywhere.

The answer to changing your life is to Change Your Thoughts - YES, it is possible!

Thoughts and Visualization – Are They Enough?

Every action starts with a thought but not all thoughts lead to action. How many times have you thought of a great idea but didn’t follow through with it?
What are your thoughts? What is it that you truly desire?

You’ve probably heard a lot about the Law of Attraction and Positive Thinking. I wholeheartedly believe in these techniques – however many people are led to believe that all they need to do is think and visualize to make their dreams come true.
It’s important that you know that Your thoughts, dreams and words will not magically give you the things you long for.

The only way you can create the life you desire is to TAKE ACTION.

For example if you visualize yourself in your dream job making a 6 figure income, and every day you affirm this by stating “I work at my dream job making a 6 figure income” – but don’t take action by acquiring the knowledge, skills and training you need for that job … You are just daydreaming.
In our example above, you may not know what skills and training you need …
That’s the beauty of the “Law of Attraction” is that by visualizing and affirming what you want, the answers will come to you on how to obtain it. You need to take action as soon as possible after you receive the answer.

Start a success journal. Every day write down the actions you took that will bring you one step closer to reaching your goal. You’ll be amazed at how all the little things add up.
Stop procrastinating and just do it. How many times have you dreaded doing certain task – and then after you’ve started you really get into it? It also usually takes a lot less time to achieve the task than you originally thought it would. And, you feel so much better once it’s done!
As you continue to use The Law of Attraction you’ll be surprised at how motivated you become to do whatever it takes to succeed.

You need to find the balance between positive thinking, visualizing and taking action. By utilizing the “Law of Attraction” and taking action when the answers come to you – you will achieve your goals quicker than you ever thought possible.

3 Steps to Make the Law of Attraction Work

AladdinsLampHave you ever sat back and thought how wonderful it would be if you could just wish things true?
We are brought up with these fantasies, as they are embodied in the fairy tale of Aladdin and the Magic Lamp. TV brings us the reruns of I Dream of Jeannie; Many movies and books also feed our imagination with genies, witches, and ghosts.
The dream of instant riches is evident in the popularity of gambling and state lotteries. Countless numbers of people spend their last dollar – or their rent – for the slight chance of winning millions and having their entire lives change in the course of minutes.
The irony of all of this is that we humans have always had the power to obtain our dreams all along. How? By working with The Law of Attraction. This law has been around since the universe began and is working in your life right now – whether or not you know about or believe it.

What is The Law of Attraction?
You get what you think about, your thoughts determine your destiny. Thoughts have an energy all their own, and they attract things which have a common energy. It is one of the Laws of the Divine Universe and it applies to everyone. It is as unbreakable as any law of science or mathematics. It does not even require your belief to work. Only to control it, to seize your destiny, must you believe in the Law’s power.

You’re probably asking how you can use the Law of Attraction to create the life you dream of. Here are some guidelines to help you get started …

1. Decide EXACTLY what it is that you want. You want to have a clear specific thought of what it is you want to create. If this is hard for you, you might think of what you don’t want – the reverse will more than likely be what you do want.

2. Set time aside each day to meditate. Concentrate on FEELING like you already have what you desire right now. You are living in your dream home. You are driving your brand new red sports car. You are financially independent. etc …

3. Show GRATTITUDE for what you already have, as well as what you are attracting. Say “I am so happy and thankful now that …” This helps you to obtain and maintain the positive vibrations needed to attract good things into your life. Often times, we don’t get what we want, because we are focusing on the negative. If we are waging war in our minds about what we don’t want – we are thinking about it.

Remember: The Law is working in all places at all times. It’s up to your to use it for yourself, rather than allow it to use you.
